​Charlie Man is always happy and mischievous! This 4 year old, Basset Mix is neutered, current on vaccines and Heartworm negative. He loves people and enjoys human companionship. Although Charlie is particular in who he wants to be friends with, he seems to like females the best. He has even been known to break out of his kennel and break into his girlfriend's. His new home must be indoors and include a physically fenced yard. His ideal situation would be one where he is not left for long periods of time.
